Your Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all relevant work processes (receive, order pick, pack, sort and ship)
- Daily start-up meeting with all employees in your shift
- Adjust labor allocation over above-mentioned departments to meet and exceed plans and forecasts
- Motivate employees and notice where (follow-up) training might be required
- Measure performance and populate daily reports /business figures
- Make sure work-instructions (in line with quality Guideline) are followed up correctly and notice if need to be updated
- Make sure existing safety precautions and regulations are followed up correctly
Your Qualifications
- Completed logistics or commercial study / experienced Shift- or team lead in a logistics environment
- Feeling responsible for both customer and your team
- Strong sense of Responsibility and Quality
- Fluent in spoken and written English (B1+) and German
- Team- worker and builder
- Good MS office knowledge (Word, Excel, PP)
- Valid Forklift license and G25 would be considered a plus
- Willingness to work in shifts (early and late)
- Willingness to rotate between internal departments (Online / Off line)
